Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Due to the volatile nature of the PPE supply markets, not all refund requests can be honored.  Requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returned product will receive a refund only if previously approved by Agility.  Please do not return items prior to coordinating the issue and receiving a request or instructions to return from Agility.
